Promoting Early Childhood Development in Angola
ZaNECD unites Early Childhood Development stakeholders, service providers, and government partners to ensure every Zanzibari child — from conception to age eight — grows, learns, and thrives in a safe and nurturing environment.
The Association of Social Actors for the Promotion of Early Childhood Rights Angola (AASPDPIA) is a national coalition of organizations, professionals, and citizens committed to advancing the rights and well-being of Angola’s youngest children. Established under Law 6/12 of January 18 (“Law on Private Associations”), AASPDPIA represents a unified voice for early childhood development (ECD), working to ensure that every child, from birth to eight years old, has access to care, education, health, nutrition, protection, and a safe environment for their holistic development.
We advocate for policies that promote the holistic development of young children, ensuring that early childhood care and education remain national priorities. By engaging with government ministries and stakeholders, we help influence ECD strategies and policies that place children at the center of development.
We strengthen the skills of caregivers, educators, and community workers through targeted training and knowledge exchange. Our programs emphasize inclusive practices, play-based learning, and responsive caregiving that supports the growth and development of every child.
We Help All People Around the World is more than a mission — it’s a promise
Our mission is to empower individuals and foster collaboration for a better, more connected world.
